Blair Kisker, 34, is vice president of finance and accounting for FC Cincinnati.
What was your first job? Intern at the Florence Freedom (now Florence Y’alls).
Favorite vacation spot? Edisto Beach, S.C. My grandparents lived on the beach, and we would go many times a year.
What’s the simplest thing you never learned to do? Various handyman maintenance requirements around the house. I am very far from being handy.
What’s your ideal Saturday? Attending a sporting event on a beautiful sunny afternoon, followed up by a few drinks at one of the many local breweries.
What’s the most recent experience you’ve crossed off your bucket list? Attending the Super Bowl with the Bengals in it. Next time they are winning it.
What’s one luxury that is absolutely worth the money? Spending that extra little money to make international trips just that much better. The trip may be the only time you experience that place in the world, so why not splurge just a little?
And one thing you’d never splurge on? If the opportunity arises – and the moment is right – I would splurge on just about anything given the right circumstance.
What do you think is Cincinnati’s best-kept secret? The American Sign Museum.
One thing you learned recently? My wife and I are currently expecting, so I am learning a lot about what is to come with our first child.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? I have received a lot of good advice so far in my life – and still get some everyday – but best advice was from all the people who pushed me to move back to Cincinnati and take the job with FC Cincinnati.
Biggest pet peeve? Being late.
What are we likely to find in your refrigerator? It is usually pretty empty, but I can guarantee that there will almost always be cheese in there.
What scares you? Failure.
Is there something people might be surprised to learn about you? I have been robbed and held at gunpoint in Brazil.
